Effective August 24, 2026The website does not create visitor accounts. When you submit an enquiry, property-management request, or project-assistant brief, the details you enter and any selected attachments are transmitted to VERATORA's business inbox.
Submitted information may be used to understand your request, contact you, arrange a walkthrough, prepare or discuss scope, and maintain ordinary business correspondence. It is not used to make an automated decision about you.
Attachments are intended for ordinary project photos, drawings, and PDF documents. Do not submit payment-card details, passwords, government identification, medical information, tenant screening records, or other highly sensitive information through the website.
Website hosting, security, and email-delivery providers may process technical and submitted information as needed to operate the site and deliver a request. Links to Google Maps, email, or other third-party services are governed by those providers' own terms and privacy practices.
